Directions for use:
Use for therapeutic purposes to replenish vitamin D ("shock therapy"). Dosage after consultation with doctor or alternative practitioner depending on blood level. Without medical supervision, normal-weight adults should take a maximum of one capsule per week with liquid with a meal.
